KIDS HIP-HOP CLASS(ES) COMING TO LONG ISLAND CITY

Coming soon to your town

Coming soon to your town

Were you upset that the Jessica Lang Dance Studio never came to fruition in Long Island City?  Well here’s a substitute for girls in Grades 3-5.  The Chabad LIC (10-29 48th Ave) will be holding an hour-long hip-hop class on Sundays at 12:15pm beginning February 4.

This is the Linkedin profile for Tunji the instructor, seen in the pic above. Though it doesn’t really mention much about his dance skills I can tell you that they are fantastic, having seen him myself when he was being filmed for a video in front of the Gantries.  He’s performed in competitions and shows as well.  I know that he is very excited to share his knowledge and teach kids.  I’m not exactly sure what he has planned, but I imagine it will be somewhat similar to this offering:  https://www.esdanceco.com/

The cost will be $180 and is expected to run on the following ten Sundays: Feb 4/11/25; Mar 4/11/18/25; Apr 8/15/22

Due to space constraints there is only room for 10 girls.  If there is enough interest there will be a separate class for boys.  For info on how to sign your child up contact licyouthsports@gmail.com
