In the bury the lede column, a new review of Mu Ramen in Eater makes mention that they plan on opening a Manhattan location late this year or early next. The restaurant had no comment on these plans when asked.

Hmm, might the $5.4 million non-sale so far be a function of pricing? Could be, because despite last year’s torrid condo sales pace and appreciation, The Madison LIC just announced they are going rental according to The Court Square Blog. The 14-unit development had been trying to sell condos since June and I guess buyers weren’t willing to pay their going price(s).
Finally, in the “not-the-least-bit-unexpected” category, comes news that the LIC Flea & Food will open its third season on April 11. Well what am I supposed to do until then?
