Signage is up and the menu has been revealed for American Brass, a new restaurant being built out on the corner of 49th Avenue and Center Boulevard. Previously occupied by the Riverview Restaurant for close to a decade, the highly visible location with a large sidewalk seating section has been under wraps for almost two years. The new owners are the management team behind Maiella.
The menu includes starters priced from $10-$14, half a dozen types of moules frites, raw bar platters, a ‘Chops’ section with various cuts of steak, main courses all priced in the $20’s, and an expansive slew of side dishes. The restaurant will be open Monday to Friday for dinner and weekends starting at 11am. While the website declares “Coming 4th Quarter 2019,” my over/under based on a recent look at the construction site is St. Patty’s Day 2020.
