Fall is back in the air, and with it comes the return of the journalists.  That’s a good thing because I am tired of having to script original content.  Some of it is a rehash: Bierocracy, PS78 start times, available land is expensive.  Some of it anticipated: HPS kicking off applications, Community Board 2 meeting notes, Station LIC preview, and some of it new but not earth shattering.

Men and women in blue suede shirts emblazoned with the logo “Tenant King” have invaded LIC.  What is Tenant King?  Basically a community bulletin board for Long Island City.
