Citi Building in Court Square About to Hook Big Tenant?

Robert Spencer Memorial on 50th Ave

THE Citi Building in Court Square may have lost one big fish with Amazon, but is on the verge of hooking another according to Crain’s New York.  A healthcare provider specializing in Medicaid called Centene/Fidelis might be close to signing a lease for half of the million square feet Amazon was going to take.  No word on terms, but were it to come to fruition I imagine that should be the end of any Amazon reconsideration, or maybe not?
