Yes, I’ve been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Looking for a little variety in your nightly dinner routine Long Island City? Fifth Hammer Brewing Company is expanding their weekend rotation of food trucks and pop-ups to seven days a week come the middle of April. Korean BBQ, Tibetan Momo’s, Empanadas, Killer Meatball Sandwiches paired with Maritime Marmot IPA, Pineappledactyl, and Coconut Cream Stout. And when Uncle Gussy arrives with his ginormous 35-ft food truck the children all run, while their beer-sotted parents throng like zombies for his gyros and souvlaki and hearken back to the month spent on Ios during their semester abroad in 19xx, pondering what could have been with that Swedish boy/girl if only they hadn’t run out of drachmas. I digress.
Additional offerings in weeks to come at Fifth Hammer Brewing will include Moroccan food and African tacos (really). Ahh that week on the Serengeti, trekking for wildlife during the hot and dusty days, and eating grilled antelope washed back with ice-cold Tusker lager under the stars. She was born in the Midlands but her love of animals…
Fifth Hammer Brewing Food Line-Up – yum!
