
A 385-room 15-story hotel has been proposed at a location two blocks east of the Ravenswood Generating Plant, aka Big Alice, aka no-mans land. The Cav’s could have really used Kyrie Irving’s help the past week, but he was canoodling in Long Island City. Finally, official confirmation came this week that the fireworks will be returning to Long Island City this July 4, which we unofficially told you last week. With Kelly Clarkson headlining the show, the only question remaining about the July 4 fireworks is “Will the second phase of Hunters Point South Park be completed and open to the public for the show?”
