Several readers let me know that the windows are papered at BLVD, a winebar on Center Boulevard. Originally thought closed, it looks more like a renovation, which is exactly what the website says.
Less clear is the fate of the Bellwether location. There’s definitely been some renovating going on there to varying degrees, the big question is what’s next? It looks like a name change at a minimum given the front has been blanked out. I’m guessing a change in direction culinary and style-wise too. That’s pure conjecture.
