FINBACK Brewery will be opening their third location later this month in the ground floor of the Sven rental tower at 29-37 41st Avenue in Queens Plaza.
Announced back in April of 2022, the location will be called Finback LIC and contain 99 seats in its newly built out 3,800 square foot corner space.
It will have 20 rotating taps as well as a full liquor license, and serve food made onsite by the owner of Dumpling Up, who also happens to be one of the Finback founders mom. Those founders first opened the original Finback Brewery ten years ago in Glendale, which happens to be in Queens (in case ya didn’t know). Now they’ve come full circle and brought their hazy-Ipa’s and mixed-ferm beers to Long Island City, 2024 is looking good already!
//Hello! Bangladesh has opened in Long Island City. It’s brought to you by the owner of Boishakhi and is right down the street from that restaurant, in an enclave of LIC that we wrote up in June. We also excitedly highlighted Boishakhi itself, but instead of our morsels on their new restaurant, we’ll direct you to the much more descriptive (and elated) write-up in Eater NY, linked to below. Go!
//Holiday Tree, Menorah & Street Lighting Ceremony This Thursday, December 7 from 4:45pm to 6pm on Vernon Mall, 51st Ave and Vernon Blvd. The tradition continues, this year with hot chocolate!
