I so declareth that Spring has Sprung in Long Island City! Stuart Cinema & Cafe, formerly located on the waterfront in Greenpoint, opens April 24th at 37-18 Northern Boulevard. That’s right, a cinema in LIC!?! Dumpling Wang has opened at 42-37 27th Street serving Shanghai cuisine. MoMA PS1 is fifty years old, our local (non-operating) ferry is going down, and Queens residents are still in the dark.
