LAST week I received a letter in the mail that my dentist, Dr. Steven Mantinaos, was rolling his independent practice “Into The White Dental” into ProHealth Dental. TWO months ago I stepped out of my office in midtown shortly before noon to find a long line snaking along the sidewalk at the head of which was a bright red food truck. I asked the last person in line what’s so exciting about this food truck and the only thing I remember of her response was that it would all be sold out in an hour. I then ditched my salad inkling and became the last person in line. When my turn came I opted for the namesake and ordered the 8-piece regular pan-fried dumplings and took them into Bryant Park.
