November 7, 2017 at 10:03 amYou know what’s disgusting, that poor old man sits out side the train station everyday begging for money in his wheelchair and then the bunch of alcoholics who use him and take whatever money he collects to go buy alcohol with it and hang out in the Vernon Mall all day !!!!!!! Can someone please clean this place up!!!!!! All of the city park rules are being broken here and no one want to address them, drinking, smoking, urinating !!!!!! Jimmy Van Bremer? 108th? Where is the quality of life?

Long term, I agree contacting JVB’s office and the 108 is best, but if you see some person(s) stealing from another, particularly a disabled individual, and you do nothing about it — that is inexcusable. You want change, be the change, and step up.
