The Caviar Vault has opened in Long Island City according to The New York Times. Located in the midst of an industrial stretch of Dutch Kills at 38-15 24th Street, the tasting room will host tasting and caviar seminars for small groups Monday through Friday at 4pm, which can be booked on their website.
