LUNCH lines in Midtown fast-casual dining hot spots are starting to get lengthy again despite repeated stories of the office mecca’s inability to turn the corner occupancy-wise. WE are only one week into Fall and the two NYC pro football teams are a combined 0-6. Thus I have already made my easy-to-get fine dining reservation during Superbowl. While the rest of the nation gobbles and guzzles chicken wings, cheesesteaks and beer in front of 100″ screens, I will be ingesting and digesting salty sea creatures nestled in rice and seaweed and washing them down with a fermented rice drink called sake, all within the soothing confines of a wood-paneled chamber replete with trickling zen fountain where nary more than a whisper will be heard.
